Israeli soldier charged with looting Turkish ship

Soldier allegedly stole laptop computers from the "Ma vi Marmara," and sold them to other soldiers.

The Israeli military says a soldier has been charged with looting the lead ship in a Gaza blockade-busting flotilla stopped by Israeli naval commandos in a bloody raid at the end of May.

The military said in a statement that the soldier is accused of stealing equipment from the Mavi Marmara ship after it was towed to an Israeli port. The statement late Thursday said the soldier's actions "directly contradict the Israeli military's moral standards."

The soldier was arrested by Military Police in August, along with a number of other soldiers and an officer for stealing laptop computers from the Mavi Marmara.

Bogus rant & disinformation

An Arab MK politician, highly criticized for so frequently throwing around 'racism' even 'fascism' flags on routine Israeli security action, in his campaign of bashing Israel, including spreading disinformation^[1], he's part of the scene of use of epithets like 'fascist' and 'racist' becoming so commonplace ^[2], some have put his propaganda unfounded ranting style while Israel's a vital democracy with full equal rights, freedom for all, that,

...using inflammatory words like "racist" and "fascist." As is his style, Tibi failed to back up his white-hot rhetoric with hard facts... The Arab Israeli lawmaker who accused the Jewish state of having 'racist' and 'fascist' policies enjoys rights and freedoms he wouldn't find anywhere else in the Middle East. ^[3]

His "assertions" & claims of events are often refuted ^[4], he was Arafat's top adviser, since Arafat systematically attacked the legitimacy of Israel as a "racist" he used Israeli-Arab politicians, like Ahmad Tibi in his/this campaign^[5].

The racist

Tibi has been accused of being racist.^[6],

In 1997 [in support of Arab-Palestinian official apartheid policies, regarding selling lands] he said:

"Whoever sells his house to Jews, has sold his soul to Satan and has done a despicable act." ^[7]

He's accused of rewriting history of the Holocaust especially the part of the Mufti & his linkage with Hitler, reviving an old canard that the real Holocaust victims were "innocent" Arabs who paid the price for Europe's crime^[8]. In an anti-Israel bashing editorial in the Palestinian Al-Quds newspaper in July 2007, he said, [the entire area of] Palestine belongs to the Arabs only, not to the Jews^[9][10]. Despite alarming worries over his association with the PLO and the idea of negating Israel's existence - seeking its destruction, inciting to racism, the democratic Israeli court [so often favoring Arabs' side] Ok'd his party's inclusion^[11], yet, this backstabber ungrateful Arab, only knows how to smear Israel, to cast it (and its genuine security concerns) in a bad light, on world stage^[12].

Jihadism, incitement

On August 16, 2000, during the traditional Ninth of Av commemoration of the destruction of the first and second ancient Jewish temples. Tibi led a large Arab crowd chanting, "with blood and fire we will redeem Palestine," while physically blocking an annual police-approved pilgrimage of the Jewish Temple Mount Faithful group to enter the Temple Mount.^[13]

At the arrest of the head of the 'Islamic movement' for funding terror and inciting for hatred, racism, Tibi defended the Islamist. ^[14]

1948

* Arabs reject U.N. partition for a "two state solution" [even Haim Weizmann's declaration of accepting a Jewish state even with the size of a tablecloth], the Zionists, however, agree, for the first time in (around) 2,000 Years, a Jewish (albeit non-religious, nor is its legal system Jewish) leadership is in its historic place back again.

* First attempt by the Arabs to 'eradicate' Israel, was right after its re-establishment (through the U.N.), the Mufti in 1947, when Israel was declared a state: "I declare a holy war, my Moslem brothers! Murder the Jews! Murder them all." In 1948. Five Arab armies attacked, with Azzam Pasha, the General Secretary of the Arab League announcing ahead, "This will be a war of extermination, a momentous massacre, which will be spoken of like the

January 1964: Creation of Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), with Fatah as its main faction.

Fatah terror attacks started in January 1965, between 1965-1967: Numerous Fatah bomb attacks target Israeli villages, water pipes, railroads. Homes are destroyed and Israelis are killed. In July 1968: Fatah joins and becomes the dominant member of the PLO, an umbrella organization of Palestinian terrorist groups. On Feb. 4, 1969: Arafat is appointed Chairman of the Executive Committee of the PLO.

1964

The beginning of the era of the Arab immigrants (or their children) adopting the title "Palestinians" as an exclusive name (instead of plain Arabs or S. Syrians) as a political "defintion," with the creation of the PLO.

For example, Ahmad Shukari (the first PLO chairman) in 1956 clarified to the U.N. that they are Arabs, not Palestinians, but by 1964 he & other leaders have changed and began claiming they are the real "Palestinians"...

To avenge the expulsion from Jordan, the PLO founded a secretive front group, Black September. Black September's first victim was Jordanian Prime Minister.
Jordan massacres thousands of Arab Palestinians (Y. Arafat claimed that Jordan killed between 10,000 to 25,000 in September 1970), for creating turmoil, attacking the government, hijacking airlines, etc.

Syrian Minister of Defense Mustafa Tlas told the Syrian National Assembly in December 1973 of the following example of "supreme valor" by Syrian troops:

Note: Today, in pluralistic multi-racial democratic Israel there are also a great number of black Ethiopian Jews, very visible in security employment. 1976

Palestinian Muslims (Arafat's PLO, Syrians and other Muslims), massacre 582 Christians in Damour Lebanon, in a very Islamic spirit of "Allah u Akbar!" and offering a "Holocaust to Muhammad." It draws a payback by the Christian Phalanges in 1982 in Sabra Shatila (headed by Eli Hobeika whose finacee was murdered in Damour), that latter incident has been used in Arab anti-Israel propaganda to blame the Jews for Arab on Arab killings.

However, the ugly extreme anti-Jewish pro-violence incitement in Egypt never stopped.

Like every government in Israel's history, he declared the desire to live in peace with all Arab states. Begin agreed to return to Egypt the strategically critical Sinai — 91 percent of the territory won by Israel during the Six-Day War — in exchange for Sadat's promise to make peace.
By a strategic give away, giving over the land to Egypt, Israel's risks included returning to vulnerable areas used by enemies as launching pads for attacks, in addition, it also relinquished direct control of its shipping lanes to and from Eilat, 1,000 miles of roadways, homes, factories, hotels, health facilities and agricultural villages.

1982

After a long history of bloody attacks by Arab Palestinians based in Lebanon, Israel is forced to enter Lebanon ['Peace for the Galilee'] with an aim to destroy PLO's military capability.

Sadly enough, the Islamic Republic of Iran founds a militia "Party of Allah" Hezbollah, its goal, establishing a clearly Islamic (totalitarian, oppressive) Shia state in the entire area, with the eradication of Israel.

Hezbollah will use terrorism against Israel, and adopt a tactic of using human shields in order to cause civilian casualties, 18 Years later, a group of '4 Mothers' peace activists in Israel will force its government to withdraw from Lebanon.

Background: Hezbollah --asides from being an extended arm of Iran-- is backed by Syria, it is largely funded through blood diamonds (in Africa), drug trafficking & other illegal activities (among Arabs) in Latin America, its bloody record in violence include: Bombing American & French peacekeepers in Lebanon & the US embassy in that country (1983), kidnapping & torture, bombing shopping centers in Paris (1985/1986), hijacking airlines, targeting Israeli civilians, stirring violence in Iraq, Afghanistan & Somalia. Its leader H. Nassrallah had an 'honesty outburst' in Oct. (published in Oct/23) 2002, when he said: "If they (Jews) all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide."

1994

* July, 1994, The Iranian arm 'Hezbollah' bombs the civilian Jewish center in Argentina [AMIA, the terror group also attacked the embassy in that country 2 years prior], massacring 85 and wounding 300.

The idea behind it was/is to equate any understandable action by Israeli security as "racist" and de-legitimizing its existence just as S. 2005

* Israel gives away Gaza to the Arab Palestinians, as it roots out Jews from their homes in a most dramatic (non violent) way, this causes not a moderation on the Arab side, on the contrary, Islamic Jihadi Hamas rises as "victorious," again [like all Israel's concessions], the Arab side's taking Israel's sacrifice for peace as "weakness."

* The patron of Hamas, Islamic Jihad & Hezbollah, the Islamic Republic of Iran's president M. Ahmadinejad (1) calls for Israel to be wiped off map, (2) he also claims that he "denies" the holocaust and (3) pursues nuclear weapons.
In 2007, he said: 'Israel, US will soon die.'

Note: Regarding Ahmadinejad's use of Arab-Palestinians. Iran's Islamic Republic is not very fond of the Arabs, in fact it has frictions with S. Arabia & it persecutes its Arab minority (true, the fascist regime oppresses all, but minorities are subject to extra "special treatment").

* To get a sense of Arab racism in most "moderate" countries, a PEW poll found in 2005 that most Jordanians viewed Jews unfavorably, none has viewed Jews favorably.


2006

Hezbollah attacks Israel [its missiles reach deep inside Israel], it "improves" Palestinian tactics of using civilians, by firing rockets upon Israeli civilians (in major Israeli cities/towns) from among populated density locations, then, cowardly escaping the area, causing Israelis to fire back. The intended Lebanese casualties cause an uproar in the Arab world, Hezbollah comes out as "heroes."


2007

Mainstream Arabs in Gaza go radical, vote for totalitarian Islamic party Hamas to become their "democratically elected government."

[About 'Caliphate' (Khilafah):

The 'Muslim brotherhood' aims for it and its Islamists who assassinated Anwar el-Sadat in 1981 decorated their holding cages with banners proclaiming the "caliphate or death."
It's Al-Qaeda's grand plan, as its chiefs revealed 'world domination design' to take over the world and turn it into an Islamic state the establishment of the "caliphate," an Islamic super-state that would be ruled according to a Taliban-like version of Islamic totalitarian with strict 'implementation of pure Islamic doctrine.' Christians, the tiny minority among the Arabs, who have been subject to persecution by the Islamic majority (Islamic apartheid?), especially since the reign of Y. Arafat, saw a major rise in oppression with the ascend of Hamas, a number of Christian institutions and members have been attacked or/and threatened.

2008

After 8 years of firing missiles into Israel by Arab-Palestinian leadership - Hamas, especially targeting children (programmed at certain hours when they go to/leave school) in Sderot, Israel decided it had enough, it kicks off 'Cast lead.' Risking the lives of its soldiers in conducting operations against terrorists and weapons stock-piling inside Gaza, and warning the residents to evacuate (clear the way, and move to other areas) before hand. Yet, it was still condemned.
By now, Hamas is not shy in bragging of using children as human shields.


2010

Arab Muslim anti-Israel propaganda picks up steam, as the current motto is to "make Jews look bad" so they can justify their hatred and create the foundation for their intended ultimate goal of genocide.

A supposed "peace activism" designed to help the Hamas in Gaza who have been blockaded (after their continuous attacks on Israel's civilians, in order to stop their weapon smuggling), has been organizing "aid ships" heading to Gaza and confront Israeli security, [incidentally, there are no "aid ships" heading towards the Egyptian border, though that country has the same blockade on the violent Gaza regime, for no one in the Arab-Islamic world cares about Arab-Palestinians, unless it can hurt Israel, a "sacred" goal by leaders, religious clerics, etc.], one such ship, the Flotilla had a major success in damning Israel's image, after violently attacking the Israelis (who came aboard to check for weapons), 9 Muslims died, an uproar against Israel came about.

The Flotilla was organized by the radical Islamic Turkish group IHH, tied to terrorism, Turkish president Mr. Erdogan who's representing the Islamic party (linked to the Flotilla), was looking for some time to break his country's alliance with Israel, he also objected to UN's sanctions against Iran for not complying with regards to its nuclear program.

Background

On October 12, 2000, two non-combatant Israeli.. were lynched and brutally murdered by a Palestinian mob in Ramallah. Both were drivers, one aged 38 and the father of three, the other a 33 year-old newly-wed.

Since this lynching, the official Palestinian broadcasting stations have made every effort to hide the horrible pictures which were shown around the world.

According to reporters' evidence on the scene, not only did the Palestinian police not protect the two men slaughtered while in their custody in the Ramallah police station, but they also tried to prevent foreign journalists in the area around the building from filming the incident.

Despite the attempts to distance reports, an Italian television crew managed to film several scenes.

The following is an ad published in the Al Hayat Al Jadidah newspaper, considered the main newspaper of the Palestinian Authority. The ad, probably paid for, is evidence of the double standard which has come to characterize much of the reporting of the recent violence in the territories.

Eyewitness to Ramallah Lynching

A British photographer working on a pictorial study of Palestinian refugees stumbled on the event after the initial attack in the Ramallah police station. He did not witness that aspect. He subsequently described what he did see in The Sunday Telegraph, a respected British daily newspaper. The following is an extract:

"I had arrived in Ramallah at about 10.30 in the morning and was getting into a taxi on the main road to go to Nablus, where there was to be a funeral that I wanted to film, when all of a sudden there came a big crowd of Palestinians shouting and running down the hill from the police station.

I got out of the car to see what was happening and saw that they were dragging something behind them. Within moments they were in front of me and, to my horror, I saw that it was a body, a man they were dragging by the feet. The lower part of his body was on fire and the upper part had been shot at, and the head beaten so badly that it was a pulp, like a red jelly.

I thought he was a soldier because I could see the remains of the khaki trousers and boots. My God, I thought, they've killed this guy. He was dead, he must have been dead, but they were still beating him, madly, kicking his head. They were like animals.

They were just a few feet in front of me and I could see everything. Instinctively, I reached for my camera. I was composing the picture when I was punched in the face by a Palestinian. Another Palestinian pointed right at me shouting 'no picture, no picture!', while another guy hit me in the face and said 'give me your film!'

I tried to get the film out but they were all grabbing me and the one guy just pulled the camera off me and smashed it to the floor. I knew I had lost the chance to take the photograph that would have made me famous and I had lost my favourite lens that I'd used all over the world, but I didn't care. I was scared for my life.

At the same time, the guy that looked like a soldier was being beaten and the crowd was getting angrier and angrier, shouting 'Allah akbar' - God is great. They were dragging the dead man around the street like a cat toying with a mouse. It was the most horrible thing that I have ever seen and I have reported from Congo, Kosovo, many bad places. In Kosovo, I saw Serbs beating an Albanian but it wasn't like this. There was such hatred, such unbelievable hatred and anger distorting their faces.

The worst thing was that I realised the anger that they were directing at me was the same as that which they'd had toward the soldier before dragging him from the police station and killing him. Somehow I escaped and ran and ran not knowing where I was going. I never saw the other guy they killed, the one they threw out of the window.

I thought that I'd got to know the Palestinians well. I've made six trips this year and had been going to Ramallah every day for the past 16 days. I thought they were kind, hospitable people. I know they are not all like this and I'm a very forgiving person but I'll never forget this. It was murder of the most barbaric kind. When I think about it, I see that man's head, all smashed. I know that I'll have nightmares for the rest of my life."

In Ramallah in 2000, two Israeli soldiers were kidnapped, beaten, stabbed countless times, had their eyes gouged out, and were literally disemboweled and dismembered by an Arab lynch mob.

The people - and I use the term loosely - who carried out the initial beatings threw one of the victims down to the waiting mob, where his face was further crushed with stones, feet, fists and even a heavy metal window frame. One Jew was set on fire and dragged along the street as Arab onlookers danced and cheered. Some of the butchers celebrated their crimes with the victims' internal organs. One of the killers, famously captured on film, proudly displayed his blood-soaked hands to the cheering Ramallah crowd.

And it gets worse. In 2003, nearly two years later, Arab parents in Gaza cheered again when their little children dressed up as members of the Ramallah lynch mob, complete with hands painted blood red, for a kindergarten graduation ceremony...

This is the enemy. Don't look away.

Perhaps when another rally is held in support of Iraqi "resistance" or "Palestinian liberation" somewhere in the world, counter-protesters can remind the ever-so-sensitive and progressive demonstrators of Nick Berg's scream of pain, or of two-year-old Meirav Hatuel cowering in her car seat, or of the Ramallah or Fallujah savages dancing with human entrails.

During the lynch of the two IDF soldiers who had taken a wrong turn into Ramallah in 2000, one of the Arab murderers paused in his savage beating to answer a cell phone belonging to one of the dying soldiers.

• Don't ever mention that Israel goes out oif its way in treating Israeli Arabs with affirmative action on campus and in employment, besides favoring the Arab side in most court cases.
  
  
• All rare abuses that might occur in any democratic police force around the globe, when in Israel, see to it, you highlight it, again and again.
  
  
• As a general rule your mission is to dehumanize Israelis, though you'd have an easier job on Israeli soldiers, try to broaden it on ALL Israelis, like "they are all occupying land." including the preferred targets by Arabs, a.k.a. the children.
  Because only the Arabs have mothers, there are virtually no mothers in Israel, nor kids, each and everyone is a tank or a machine gun, and if someone points out to your racism, object with a passion that you are actually "anti-racist."
  
  
• Keep repeating a sad song about "injured children" never explain how come their parents are converting them (to die or at least to be maimed) into propaganda toys against Israel's image.
  Because there are no victims on the Israeli side, its hospitals are always empty, 27/7 365 days a year.
  
  
• Go "pro." Leave the "anti" out, especially when appearing on camera.
  Titling is almost the first thing about Pallywood or Hezbollahwood propaganda. Though we all know there exist none real 'pro-Palestinian,' your job is to appear as if you are, it makes you appeal better as "innocent" and as an "activist."
  
  
• Always, without exception, Prejudge (prejudice) Israel before you know the facts.
  
  
• When mentioning the children, grandchildren of Arab immigrants, make sure to call them "indigenous palestinians."
  
  
• Never point out the culprit of Arab civilian deaths, facts don't matter, image does (ask those Palestinian-Arabs that pose to cry only when the camera is pointed at them... or Hamas that refuses aid when Israel checks the content of a ship).
  
  
• One good trick in trying to pose as "impartial," see to it that you "admit" to terror attacks by Hamas, Hezbollah, then minimize it as trivial and as committed by a "few extremists," never admit / mention that it's all done by the official regime in Gaza (Hamas) or by the "moderate" Fatah 'Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade'.
  
  
• Also, make terrorism a tiny bity part, and of course, needless to say that you cannot let the awful truth of 'anti-Israel campaign of genocide since 1929 Hebron' (all the failed attempts to wipe Israel off, 'Kill the Jews for Allah' and throw the Jews into the sea) ever heard.
  
  
• Make Islamic Hamas & Islamic Hezbollah sound as "freedom fighters" and as "resistance" to the Zionist "occupation." Don't talk about their charter of eradicating Israel and establishing a (totalitarian) Islamic rule in the entire area, oppressing all, especially non Muslims, mentioning this will only harm your goal.
  
  
• Make it sound as if the Islamic Palestinians and Hezbollah "don't" have any beef against Christians...
  
  
• Try to insert bombastic terminology, like: Racism, apartheid, that every survival step Israel ever takes is "racist"... it "works" mighty well, especially against the always guilt-ridden self-critic Jews that you hate so much.
  Never-mind that the real racism is on the Arab Islamic side that target any Jews for being Jewish and all Palestine zone is virtually ethnically cleansed 'judenrein.' Not to mention the overall racist Apartheid by almost the entire Arab and Muslim world against the tiny Jewish state (take a test and use an Israeli passport in the middle east... not to mention in the Arab hijacked UN and in other international forums, where persecuting little Israel is a routine, or what's up with excluding Israel's 'Star of David' ambulance from the ICRC? Are Jews' blood not red enough in racist Arabs & in Muslim bigots' eyes?).
  
  
• If you are an average Arab Muslim that hates Arab Palestinians, hide it and pose as "pro palestinian" and that you "ache" for the poor refugees." even though you have a;; the interest in the world for Arab-Palestinians to be suffering, more importantly, that they're seen as victims, it's the ingredient of utmost importance in the anti-Israel campaign.
  
  
• Phrase your rant into "criticism" the most effective one is "I am just criticizing Israel's policy" it works every time.
